As a Principal Consultant, you'll juggling a few fun hats at any given time. You'll be acting as a project manager, supporting the Manager with resourcing and recruitment, you'll be mentoring and QA'ing the work of less experienced consultants and finally you'll still be on the tools running your own jobs. This is the type of role which suits those who like variety in life. You won't find yourself stuck on one project for a year at a time.





We'd love to continue the conversation with candidates who possess the following skills and experience:
Ideally have 10+ years of experience working within the local Victorian market with a key focus on contaminated land
Exposure to additional environmental disciplines is hugely advantageous
Experience in leading project teams and overseeing junior consultants
A people first mentality and a huge desire to foster personnel growth are a must
Relevant environmental engineering, planning or science degree would be preferred
