Site Manager / Senior Site Manager - Up to $250k + Super + 5 Weeks Leave

Core Talent are working with a national commercial builder whose Queensland business alone turns over $100M+ annually , backed by a larger interstate operation.

The business is entering a significant phase of growth and expansion , making this an excellent prospect to join as a key hire and grow alongside the business.

They're looking for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to deliver recent build retail and industrial projects up to $50M across South East Queensland and Regional Queensland.

The Role
Deliver commercial recent build projects from start to finish
Lead site teams, subcontractors and programme
Drive safety, quality and client relationships




Work across a strong pipeline of repeat retail and industrial clients

About You
Proven Site Manager / Senior Site Manager experience with a commercial builder
Strong new build retail and/or industrial experience
Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (or Builder's Licence)
Able to independently deliver projects up to $50M
