We are looking for a self-driven individual with a proven track record of success within the heavy industry sector.

What you'll do
Manage recruitment, onboarding and mobilisation across the Group.
Support employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations.
Co-ordinate HR projects, audits, and reports
Maintain HR platforms, systems, and workflows
Provide day-to‑day administrative support to the HR team

Selection Criteria
Previous experience maintaining HR information systems; Employment Hero (highly regarded but not essential)




Robust organisational and time management skills,
Ability to manage competing priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive and self-motivated
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in Commerce/HR or a related discipline (highly regarded but not essential).

The successful candidate will need to complete a pre-employment medical and provide an updated National Police Clearance.
