Role Description The Senior Mortgage Broker will work on-site in Preston, VIC in a full time capacity, providing specialised lending and mortgage advisory services to medical professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client financial situations, structuring appropriate mortgage solutions, and managing applications from pre-approval through settlement. The role involves advising on debt consolidation strategies, liaising with lenders and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.



The Senior Mortgage Broker will collaborate with tax and accounting specialists to create integrated financial strategies, while maintaining detailed records and delivering clear, timely communication to clients.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in mortgage broking and brokerage, with demonstrated experience as a Mortgage Broker or Senior Broker.
Proficiency in finance and mortgage marketing, including understanding lending products, interest structures, and market trends.
Experience with debt consolidation solutions and structuring tailored lending strategies for professional clients.
Relevant accreditation in mortgage broking (e.g., Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or equivalent) and compliance with local licensing requirements.
Proven ability to build trust-based relationships, communicate complex financial information clearly, and work effectively within a multidisciplinary advisory team.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and ethical conduct.
