We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Litigation and Legal Services team.

As a Litigation Officer, you’ll undertake less complex litigation under the guidance of more senior staff. You’ll conduct legal research, prepare briefs to counsel, prepare court documents and correspondence, manage case timeframes, contribute to dispute resolution processes and advocate as required, including appearing in legal proceedings and hearings for less complex debt recovery, tax technical and administrative law matters.

You will work both autonomously and collaboratively in a agile workplace to support the delivery of litigation and legal advice outcomes and assist senior litigators on more complex matters. You’ll contribute to team performance by sharing knowledge,



supporting continuous improvement initiatives and assisting with enhancements to litigation practices, policy technology and reporting.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Brisbane CBD, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Perth or Sydney CBD.
