The Role: Service Consultant

As a Service Consultant, you will work closely with the Service Manager to coordinate IPLEX-related maintenance and remediation matters. You will act as a key contact for affected homeowners, arrange inspections and trade attendance, maintain accurate records, submit supporting documentation and provide regular updates, while also assisting with general service enquiries and administration.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate IPLEX-related maintenance and remediation matters
Manage homeowner enquiries and provide progress updates




Arrange inspections, emergency attendance and trade works
Liaise with internal teams, supervisors and trade partners
Maintain accurate records and upload invoices, quotations and reports
Monitor outstanding actions and escalat(e) complex matters where required
Manage phone and email enquiries professionally
Provide general service and administrative support

We're Looking For
Experience in customer service, client liaison or a similar role
Residential construction or building industry experience
Exposure to insurance, maintenance or remediation work is desirable
Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
High attention to detail and computer literacy
Ability to manage competing prioritiesA proactive, resilient and team-focused approach
