About the Client

Our client is a well-established Australian wine producer with significant vineyard holdings and a long history in both bulk and bottled wine supply. Historically bulk-led, the business is now deliberately shifting toward higher-margin branded and export growth, with strong momentum already emerging across Japan, India and key international markets.

About the Role

This is a senior sales leadership role focused on driving new business development and revenue growth across Australia and international markets, with export representing a key growth priority alongside domestic opportunities. Working closely with the commercial and winemaking leadership team, the role is highly autonomous and suited to someone who thrives in a front-of-market, relationship-led sales workplace. The emphasis is on opening doors, leveraging established networks, and converting opportunities across bulk and branded wine channels.

The role will involve regular domestic and international travel, including attendance at global trade shows and customer meetings. The position is open to candidates based in Victoria or South Australia,



with flexible working arrangements and regular engagement with the broader business.

Skills and Experience Required
Proven experience in wine sales, export sales, and national business management
Robust existing relationships across international wine markets (essential)
Background in bulk wine, branded wine, or a combination of both
Demonstrated success in recent business development and revenue generation
Experience dealing with major domestic customers (e.g. national retailers) highly regardeditt
Highly autonomous, commercially astute, and motivated by performance-based rewards
Willingness to travel internationally and represent the business at trade and wine shows
