Job Description
Prepare and produce a range of pastries, cakes, desserts, breads and other baked goods.
Ensure all products are prepared consistently to established recipes and presentation standards.
Assist in the development and testing of current desserts and seasonal menu items.
Produce desserts for restaurant service, functions, weddings and events.
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, taste and presentation.
Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic Kitchen.
Comply with all Food Safety Standards and workplace health and safety requirements.

Experience in the pastry section will be highly regarded.

You have full Australian working rights and can work weekends.
