What You'll Do
Lead the company's end-to-end learning and development function for our retail field operations
Design and deliver engaging learning programs, pathways and tax certification program
Modernise learning through AI-enabled tools,



digital resources and innovative delivery methods
Partner with leaders across Australia to build capability and performance
Continuously improve learning using data, feedback and business insights
Oversee our nationally recognised Income Tax Course and career development programs

What You'll Bring
Experience leading learning, training, capability or organisational development functions
Robust instructional design and adult learning expertise
A passion for technology, continuous improvement and innovation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
The ability to turn complex information into practical, engaging learning experiences

Whilst a tax, professional services or finance background is helpful it is by no means essential as we employ over 2000 tax experts across the country. You will be supported by a strong team of subject matter experts / content writers.
