WesTrac Casula workshop is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team on a full time basis, Monday–Friday at the Casula office. The role acts as the primary liaison between the workshop and customers, ensuring jobs are scheduled, priced, and invoiced efficiently to meet customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, have solid problem-solving and communication skills, and bring ability to manage multiple priorities in a hydraulic/engineering workplace.
