About The Team
The Division of Women's and Children's Services encompasses inpatient and outpatient care for the Obstetrics & Gynaecology ward and unit, Continuity of Care Midwifery (including group practice), Paediatrics ward and unit, Sexual Health community services, Child Protective Unit, Child and Youth Family Health and BreastScreen Queensland services. The stream works collaboratively and with a multidisciplinary approach to routine and complex models of care for women and children in the Mackay HHS catchment.
