Toll People are recruiting for Stevedores for our client based at East Arm Wharf. The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate good communication skills, a safety focus, and enjoy working in a faced-paced workplace. Ideally suited for someone looking for a second job with shift hours.

About the role:
Casual Position (on call roster) On going for the right persons
Flexible rosters & shift hours
Competitive rates (flat - base rate)

Skills & Experience:
Must be fit, able and willing for manual work
Hold a current manual driver's licence (NT)
Ability to obtain Maritime Security Identification Card
Flexibility to work shifts (days/evenings/weekend as required)
Availability to work at short notice
Perform tasks without supervision when required
Forklift licence - essential
Dogging/Rigging ticket - highly desirable
Experience in slinging loads - highly desirable
Ability to work at heights- training in this area highly desirable

What we need from you:
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people
Demonstrated safety practices and behaviours
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment




Ability to work well within a small team environment
High Risk License in Forklift
Driver's licence required
