We’re partnering with a purpose-led management consultancy that works at C-suite level on large-scale people, culture and transformation programs. They’re now looking to bring in a senior, relationship-driven Business Development Lead to help shape their next phase of growth.
This is not a traditional sales role. It’s suited to someone already well embedded in the People & Culture or organisational development space, with solid, trusted relationships across enterprise and government.
The opportunity
You’ll take ownership of building and converting a high-quality pipeline, working closely with the CEO to win and grow client partnerships. The work is consultative and relationship-led, often tied to complex transformation programs rather than transactional sales.
Build and nurture a solid pipeline via your existing network
Convert prospects into high-value consulting projects
Partner closely with the CEO on strategic opportunities
Support and refine the overall sales approach and pipeline processes
Stay visible in the market through ongoing relationship building
About you
You bring deep credibility in the People & Culture space and are known for how you build trust, not just win meetings.
Established across HR, People & Culture or organisational development
Established relationships at CHRO / Executive-2 level
A strong point of view on people, culture and transformation
Commercially minded, with a track record of influencing and winning work
Comfortable operating with autonomy in a less structured, evolving role
A measured, relationship-first approach to business development
Why this role
Work alongside a highly regarded founder and leadership team
Shape a newly created role with significant autonomy
Be part of a creative, purpose-led consultancy with a distinct approach
Access genuine earning potential through uncapped commission
Engage on large-scale, high-impact projects (often in the $1m+ range)
This is a strong fit for someone who has built their career in the People & Culture world and is now looking to leverage their network and credibility in a more commercially focused role—without losing the integrity of how they work.
