About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning and Execution
Analyse business requirements and functional specifications.
Create test scenarios and test cases.
Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Validate business processes and system changes.
Identify defects and issues.
Log defects using testing tools.
Work with development teams to resolve issues.
Retest fixes and confirm resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with:
Business Analysts
Project Managers
Developers
Product Owners
Operations teams
Client SMEs (Subject Matter Experts)
Delivery Assurance
Ensure business requirements are met.
Verify system functionality and data integrity.
Support project governance and quality standards.
Contribute to risk reduction during major transformation initiatives.
