AB Health Australia seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to deliver nurse-led care in clients' homes and via virtual visits. You will conduct mental and physical health assessments, provide wound care, support medicines management, and develop safety plans in collaboration with families and support workers.
You must hold AHPRA registration, have current First Aid/CPR, a valid Australian driver’s license, and clearance checks.
