About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

In This Role, You Will
Conduct behavioural support assessments
Develop high-quality Behaviour Support Plans




Deliver evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support interventions
Provide support in clinic, home, community and school environments
Work with children, adolescents and adults with complex support needs
Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators and other stakeholders
Contribute to meaningful outcomes that improve quality of life and community participation

About You

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (proficient level or above)
Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
Strong understanding of Positive Behaviour Support frameworks
Experience conducting assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
