The Position
Full time permanent position.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Booking and arranging transport through transport and freight companies
Preparing consignment notes and other documentation
Preparing run sheets and tracking proof of deliveries
Consolidating delivery orders for Local Metro runs
Organising labels and documentation for external storage contractors
Assisting sales representatives and other staff with their queries
Administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones and emails
About You
Previous experience in a Transport, Warehouse Administration, or Clerical role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident liaising with a variety of people across various teams and functions – including customers, transport/shipping companies and truck drivers.
Ability to prioritise, follow-up, and manage your time effectively
Computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
Adaptable, a natural problem solver with the ability to think on your feet
Dangerous Goods experience an advantage
