Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team at our Port Douglas location. The role focuses on achieving defined sales targets, supporting staff recruitment and development, and managing site financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver required sales targets for the site by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals.
Provide appropriate training, education, and performance monitoring for the sales team.
Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on marketing strategies.
Represent the company in an ethical, qualified manner in adherence to industry best practices.
Actively participate in management duties, training sessions, sales meetings, and provide on‑site support to sales employees.
Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing,



taking responsibility, and delivering on the promise.
Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting peers and managers; support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Engage with customers to help them get on holidays.
Be passionate about holidays and travel.
Strong communication skills.
Self‑motivated, driven, and energized in a fast‑paced environment.
Have timeshare experience.
