Coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Manage inventory levels and ensure proper documentation of stock movements.
Utilise Cargowise software to track shipments and manage logistics data.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in the warehouse.
Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any logistics issues.
Perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
Provide support to the logistics team to meet operational targets.
A successful Warehouse Coordinator should have:
Experience working within a logistics or warehouse workplace.
Proficiency in using CargoWise software or similar logistics tools.
Robust organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Understanding of warehouse safety and compliance standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
A global supply chain and logistics provider delivering warehousing, freight forwarding and 3PL solutions across multiple markets.
Hourly rate: AUD 35.00 - AUD 40.00, plus super.
Full time Monday to Friday, temporary role based on site offering flexibility with the working hours.
