Shift Times: Shifts can be scheduled between Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 16:00
Pay Rate: $33/hour
Position Summary
To monitor, improve and assess berry quality of pre-pack and post-pack, ensuring quality fruit is supplied to customers. Comply with legal requirements, customer and internal specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with receiving, allocation, labelling, and dispatching fruit
Assisting with loading and unloading freight
Assisting with all other duties required by the Warehouse Manager
Monitoring fruit quality at various stages to meet required standardsEnsuring compliance with all relevant food safety and quality standards
Working in and out of a freezer environment as part of routine duties
Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficiency within the warehouse setting
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in warehousing, packing, or storeperson roles preferred
Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
Positive attention to detail, particularly in quality control
Forklift licence essential
