Overview

Job Description for Scrum Master in Sydney

Responsibilities
Ideally you will be an Agile Practitioner with proven track record and experience in agile coaching and scaled delivery for large scale enterprise/Banking Financial Services sectors.
Hands on experience from either a Scrum Master or true Agile coaching background.
Passionate about teaching, with a natural kinship to work with others and support their learning.
A solid understanding of technology and business systems strategically and operationally.
Coaching and mentoring skills.
Knowledge of project management disciplines.

Qualifications
Experience as an Agile Practitioner with proven coaching experience and exposure to scaled agile settings.
