About the Opportunity

A growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking a hands‑on IT & Systems Support Technician to join their team.
This role offers a balance of in‑office remote support and on‑site client visits across Greater Sydney. You will be the technical contact for a diverse portfolio of small‑to‑medium businesses, delivering end‑to‑end support across systems, user devices, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Tier 1–2 Technical Support: Resolve client queries via phone, email, remote management tools, and on‑site visits.
System & Hardware Deployment: Provision, setup, and support Windows & macOS laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Cloud & Network Administration: Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, 3CX, and core network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi‑Fi).
On‑Site Deliveries: Travel to client sites for installations, hardware deployments, and technical troubleshooting.
Client & Incident Ownership:



Maintain complete ticket lifecycle documentation and identify recurring issues to improve client operations.

What We Are Looking For
MSP Experience: 2+ years of technical support experience in an MSP environment.
Technical Stack: Proficiency in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, RMM platforms, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls), and backup solutions.
Client-Facing Skills: Excellent spoken/written English with strong face‑to‑face service and problem‑solving skills.
Mobility: Current Australian Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle for client site visits (mileage reimbursed).
Requirements: Ability to pass a National Police Check.

Package & Advantages
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 Base + Super (negotiable based on experience) + Performance Bonus.
Travel: Kilometre allowance / mileage reimbursement for work travel.
