OSHC Casual Educator | Parramatta/Wentworthville

Partnering with parents and school communities, Junior Adventures Group (JAG) helps today’s children navigate tomorrow by supporting their development through play in fun, engaging environments. Our culture is built on being considerate, passionate, courageous, and making a difference.

As an OSHC Casual Educator, you’ll work primarily at Wentworthville and Parramatta OSHClub , building ongoing relationships with families, children, your team and the wider school community. From time to time, you may also provide support to nearby services across the region when additional help is needed.

Shift schedule: Regular shifts Monday‑through‑Friday before and after school. Extra hours are available during school holidays. Minimum availability required is 3 afternoons per week .

Qualifications & Requirements
A genuine passion for working with children
A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role
Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover)
State working‑with‑children check
National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
Strong communication and behaviour‑management skills
