What you will do:




Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representatives.
Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans.
Supervise and support Personal Care Workers.
Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management.
Liaison with medical and allied health care staff.
Positive resident experience through resident-centered approach.
Work within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.

Who are you and what will you bring?
Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential.
Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care ideally in Aged Care setting.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain).
Be passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care.
