About the role

We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Service Repair Coordinator & Internal Technical Sales professional to join our Perth Branch in Willetton. This varied role combines service coordination, customer service, and internal sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem solving and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate service and repair jobs from intake through to completion
Liaise with customers regarding repairs, quotes, and turnaround times
Provide technical advice on hydraulic tools and equipment
Prepare quotes and follow up sales opportunities
Support external sales and build solid customer relationships
Work closely with the workshop team to prioritise and manage workflow
Maintain accurate job tracking and service records

About You
Experience in service coordination,



internal sales or a technical role (Mechanical trade ideal)
Knowledge of hydraulic tools, mechanical equipment, or similar industries an advantage
Solid communication skills (verbally and written) and customer service skills
Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Mechanically minded with a problem‑solving approach
Proficient in computer systems and quoting processes
Understanding of inventory control & requirements
Proactive and team-focused attitude
