Community Care in Queensland is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist NDIS participants with personal care and daily living tasks. Shifts cover days, afternoons, evenings and sleepovers on a 7-day roster within a values-driven not-for-profit organisation serving the Fraser Coast for over 30 years.
You will work with clients with complex needs, maintain accurate reporting, and apply PBSP when required.
