Exercise Physiologist – Bundaberg

Employment Term: Permanent Full Time | Location: Bundaberg | Remuneration: $42.15–$59.04/hr (dependent on experience) plus super, salary packaging, travel reimbursement and employee benefits. 5 Weeks Annual Leave (pro‑rata).

About the role

You’ll work across centre‑based and home‑visit services, tailoring programs that improve mobility, independence and wellbeing. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, podiatrists and allied health assistants—while managing your own caseload with realistic productivity expectations.

Role Requirements
Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and ESSA Accreditation – Essential
Solid assessment, treatment and communication skills




Experience or interest in aged care and chronic disease management
Ability to run group exercise classes
Effective time‑management and accurate documentation skills
Confidence using smart devices (or willingness to learn)
Current Australian Driver's Licence & roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work – Essential
Alignment with BlueCare values and practice standards
Skills in hydrotherapy, Pilates or Tai Chi
