Job Title: Restaurant Manager

RAFI, URBNSURF by Applejack Hospitality is seeking a current Restaurant Manager to join our family in Sydney Olympic Park.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be an effective leader, service specialist, and passionate foodie. Reporting to the directors you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the restaurant and its staff, and serve as the point of contact for all client and guest relations.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
Manage staff and ensure excellent guest service
Handle client and guest relations
Maintain financial and business performance to exceed KPIs
Work under pressure and keep team motivated
Adapt to flexible rostering requirements

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience managing in a busy restaurant
Solid customer service skills
Passionate and knowledgeable about wines and food
Outgoing, talkative, confident, and energetic when speaking with guests and colleagues
Sound financial and business acumen
Ability to work under pressure




Ability to keep your team motivated and exceed all KPI's
Flexibility when it comes to rosters
Gregarious outgoing personality with a touch of sophistication
