Accor is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to cover parental leave. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries promptly and professionally while maximising revenue through upselling.

You’ll manage guest details in the PMS and coordinate with departments to fulfil special requests. Based at Sydney’s Olympic Park Precinct, you will promote the ALL Loyalty Program, stay informed on promotions, and deliver friendly, personalised service
