Life Without Barriers is recruiting a dedicated case manager to support children, young people and their families within the OOHC and foster care framework in Newcastle. You will develop and implement individual case plans, coordinate services, and advocate for permanency goals alongside carers and families.
Working with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll build solid relationships, monitor placements, and deliver trauma-informed support to those who have experienced adversity.
