Full time contract position – 12 Months
Based out of Ermington, NSW
Lead a team of dedicated support specialists
SCHADS Pay Rate Level 3

About the Role

As a Practice Leader, you’ll guide and support a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that improve lives.
Supervise and mentor support professionals
Promote best practice through coaching and modelling
Foster teamwork and collaboration across your team




Lead service delivery aligned with organisational values and goals
Build team capability to meet strategic objectives
Ensure quality outcomes for clients through responsive support

What You’ll Need

To ensure safety and compliance, successful candidates must hold:
A current Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS endorsement
National Police Check (or happy to obtain)
