Requirements
Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or supervisory hospitality role
Current RSA, RSG,
RMLV and Approved Manager certifications (essential)
Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop hospitality teams
Strong customer‑service focus with excellent problem‑solving skills
Experience managing venue operations, cash handling and compliance requirements
