In-Home Care Carer

Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Promote independence and dignity, enabling clients to live life to the fullest.
Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals who share a passion for care.
Ensure the safety and well‑being of clients while upholding the highest standards of care.

Essential Criteria
Experience in aged care, community care or disability support.
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care,



Community Services or a related qualification.
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
Current Australian working rights.
Current driver’s licence.
Reliable car.
Genuine passion for helping others and a caring, compassionate nature.
Commitment to supporting older people to live independently and with dignity.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
Reliability, honesty and a robust sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
