Queen Repairs is a specialist gaming console repair business based in Sydney. We repair, restore and customise PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and retro gaming consoles, with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

About the Role
You'll diagnose, repair and refurbish a wide range of gaming consoles while providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Every day brings something different, from up-to-date console repairs to restoring retro systems.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo and retro gaming consoles
Perform hardware repairs, upgrades and refurbishments
Soldering and, where experienced, microsoldering repairs
Test and quality-check completed repairs
Assist customers with technical advice and repair enquiries
Help maintain a clean, organised workshop
What We're Looking For (Essential)
Genuine passion for video games and gaming consoles
Previous hands-on experience repairing gaming consoles, computers, laptops,
mobile phones, tablets or similar electronics
Robust diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Friendly and professional communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience repairing gaming consoles
Soldering experience
Microsoldering experience
Customer service or retail experience
Training & Growth
We'll provide training to teach you our repair procedures, quality standards and workflows. However, we're looking for someone who already has a solid technical foundation and is eager to develop into a specialist console repair technician.
This role starts as a casual part-time position, with a genuine opportunity to progress to full-time for the right person. Our goal is to invest in someone who can grow with the business and become a key member of the team.
