Working Aged Care facility experience in Australia (This does not include placements)
2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster
Flu Vaccination
Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months)
100 Points of ID
Valid work Rights
Current CPR & First Aid
NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities
Clinical care of residents
Documenting resident’s condition and assisting with the administration of medications.
Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
Infection control and prevention.
Ensuring a holistic model of care is followed at all times.
Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.
Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health.
Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.
