Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated compassion, empathy and advocacy for residents and their families
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure resident experience and teamwork
Experience or willingness to work efficiently and optimise technology use in care delivery

Mandatory Requirements
It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
