Alspec is seeking a motivated and organised Area Manager to join our Bundaberg branch, servicing customers across metropolitan and regional areas.

The Role
Based at our Bundaberg branch, you will be responsible for developing and managing strong customer relationships while driving sales growth within the regional areas.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieving sales and profit targets
Managing and growing an existing customer portfolio
Identifying new business opportunities across trade, fabrication and architectural clients
Providing product solutions and technical support
Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
About You
You will have:
Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
Knowledge of aluminium systems, doors and windows, hardware, or related building/industrial products
Strong technical aptitude and understanding of industry standards
The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
A proactive, professional approach to business development
