About the Position
Join one of Australia's most iconic wine destinations in a versatile bookkeeping role, working alongside a supportive finance team in the heart of the Barossa Valley.
Seppeltsfield Estate is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a bookkeeping professional who enjoys working in a dynamic business environment, with the opportunity to work up to 23 hours per week on a versatile roster, based at the historic Seppeltsfield Estate.
Working closely with our finance team,
you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial administration across a multi-entity business.
Key responsibilities include:
Daily bank reconciliations and transaction recording
Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
End‑of‑month reconciliations
Supporting accurate financial reporting and record keeping
Assisting with finance administration across multiple business entities
BAS preparation
About You
Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent
Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within a multi-entity environment
Robust experience using Xero and other cloud-based accounting systems
Excellent attention to detail
Wine Industry experience preferred
