Create exceptional coffee,



cocktails and beverages with consistency and pride.
Coach and motivate team members to perform at their best.
Keep the venue running smoothly through robust organisation and planning.
Maintain high standards of presentation, food safety and compliance.

About You
Proven hospitality leadership experience in a café, bar or quick-paced venue.
Strong barista skills with confidence creating consistently excellent coffee.
Current RSA qualification and commitment to responsible service.
Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
