Overview

WA Country Health Service – South Hedland WA

Position Profile: We are currently seeking to appoint an Aboriginal Health Liaison Officer - this position will be working within the Regional Specialist Palliative Care Service.

Responsibilities
Liaises and negotiates with Aboriginal patients, their families and health specialists in the WACHS area for the development, planning and implementation of culturally appropriate health care.
Provides cultural consultancy to WACHS staff.
