Position

Applications Officer (Productivity)

Responsibilities
Assisting with problem resolution and associated testing of software problems, including testing of service packs and upgrades.
Conducting ad-hoc training based on training needs analysis with the development of training plans as required.
Co-ordinating the development and maintenance of comprehensive user-oriented documentation for Departmental business systems.

Job Details

There is currently one permanent position available for immediate filling.

Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool for future vacancies within the next 12 months across the Department of Communities.
