The Population Health Nurse offers sexual health, bloodborne virus and hepatology services for patients within NSW Correctional Centres. In this role, you will be part of the Population Health team, integral population health services and activities and will be recognised as a healthcare professional employing your clinical skills and critical thinking in delivering high quality patient care.
