Social Futures is seeking a part time Support Coordinator to join our Care Connect team in Forster. You will provide non-clinical psychosocial support to individuals recently discharged after suicidal crises or attempts, helping them build safety plans and connect with relevant services.
In this role, you will foster a robust therapeutic alliance, support goal exploration, and collaborate with clinical and community partners. The position is 3 days per week from the Forster Neighbourhood Centre.
