As a Cellar Operator, you’re right in the middle of the winemaking journey. You’ll help turn freshly picked grapes into finished wine through real, practical, physical work. No two days look the same, and you’ll learn skills that stay with you for life.

Transferring juice and wine through the cellar
Filtration and sampling
Monitoring quality and keeping accurate records
Working safely with equipment and supporting smooth production
