Planet Fitness Shepparton is seeking a friendly Membership Services Representative to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Shepparton, you will greet members, answer questions, handle complaints, give tours, and support front desk operations.
You will operate the POS, process memberships, and book sessions while maintaining club cleanliness and providing excellent customer service. Relevant certifications such as First Aid/CPR, WWC, NPC within 12 months are preferred.
