More About You – Assistant Store Manager

Forming part of the management team, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager with the daily business operations. You will bring your confidence, energy and passion for customer service, thereby influencing your team to achieve set store goals.

Key Responsibilities
Assist and support the Store Manager across all aspects of store management processes
Visual Merchandising
Store Administration
Training & coaching of current team members
Effectively delegating & managing the team
Leadership & guidance to the team
Maintaining a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing storefront




Ensure store environment complies with health and safety regulations
Monitor and maintain suitable store inventory levels
Energetic customer service champion with a proven sales growth mindset
Provide regular assistance to customers and resolve queries in a timely and skilled manner

Solid leadership skills with an ability to connect positively with both customers and team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A happy, friendly and energetic personality
A desire to deliver high quality customer service
