We are seeking experienced General Practice Managers and Area Managers to join our expanding network of up-to-date, patient-focused medical centres located throughout Perth's southern corridor, from Cockburn to Baldivis .

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated healthcare leaders who are passionate about operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Roles

As a Practice Manager , you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one or more GP clinics, ensuring productive practice management, excellent patient experiences, and solid team leadership.

As an Area Manager , you will provide leadership and operational oversight across multiple medical centres, supporting Practice Managers while driving consistency, growth, performance, and continuous improvement across the region.

About You

To be successful, you will have:
Proven experience managing General Practice or primary healthcare clinics.
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.




A sound understanding of Medicare, accreditation, compliance, and practice operations.
Experience leading administrative and clinical support teams.
Excellent organisational, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive, collaborative approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience in multi-site management will be highly regarded for Area Manager applicants.
