A leading South West civil contractor is looking for a switched‑on Civil Drainage Supervisor to lead local drainage and underground services projects based out of Bunbury. You’ll run the crew, drive safe delivery and take pride in quality work done right.

The Role
Lead, coach and coordinate drainage crews on site.
Manage plant, labour, subcontractors, materials and daily priorities.
Read plans, set up works and keep projects moving safely.
Drive quality, productivity, environmental standards and program delivery.
Run pre‑starts, toolbox talks,



inspections, ITPs and site diaries.

You’ll Bring
Proven civil drainage or civil construction supervision experience for contractors.
Strong knowledge of stormwater, sewer, water mains, earthworks and underground services.
Confidence with pipe laying, excavation, lasers, grade setting, compaction and testing.
Strong leadership, transparent communication and practical problem‑solving.
A genuine safety‑first mindset.
Schedule 26, trade qualifications, PVC pipe‑laying or poly‑welding tickets highly regarded.
