Work with workshop planning to align bookings and deadlines.
Keep customers updated on milestones and timelines.
Maintain explicit internal checklists and handover documentation.
Spot bottlenecks and improve processes over time.

Robust organisation and calm communication under pressure.
Comfort managing multiple timelines and stakeholders.
High attention to detail and documentation.
Nice to have
Experience in automotive operations, logistics, or service coordination.
Comfort working with CRMs and spreadsheets.
