Your new role
Managing projects from planning through to completion
Coordinating subcontractors and site trades
Overseeing site activities and carrying out site supervision responsibilities
Managing project programmes, budgets and client communication
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
Managing several concurrent projects across different phases of delivery





What you'll need to succeed
Project management experience within the construction industry
Experience delivering projects in a live construction environment
Strong trade and subcontractor management skills
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
A practical and solutions-focused approach to project delivery
A willingness to be involved in site-based activities when required
